Building Communities in Humanities Scholarly Publishing
ACRL-NY 2004 Symposium Poster Session

This poster session will:

• Describe the current crisis in humanities scholarly publishing;
• Propose future scenarios for the monograph in humanities scholarly publishing;
• Discuss how the open access repository ARL movement affect humanities scholarly publishing;
• Describe models such as MITH - The Maryland Institute for Technology in the Humanities and the New Jersey Digital Highway for building partnerships; and
• Project where the humanities scholarly publishing community could be in the next five years.
