1) I say thank you to all who have helped and supported me.
2) I will donate to the American Cancer Society.
3) I will read about cancer on the American Cancer Society web site.
4) I will prepare my seminar for next Wednesday.
5) I will stray a bit from my calorie restricted diet and prepare a nice meal.
6) I will encourage you to learn about cancer, I ask that you don't put off a visit to the doctor if you think something is wrong. Cancer treatments and outcomes have been improved for nearly all cancers.
7) I will read something just for for pleasure.
I will just enjoy being alive.
