Making and Saving a NetScape 'Bookmark' File On a Floppy Disk

Go to 'Edit Bookmarks' and 'Save As'. Save the bookmark file
which is on your computer onto a blank diskette in your A: drive. Make
sure to give it the name 'Bookmark.htm' (NOTE: not 'html', just
'htm').

Take your floppy disk witih you.

In a lab or other computer, you can use it by putting the
diskette into the A: drive, opening NetScape, and then 'Edit
Bookmarks'. There is a command (a little different in the different
versions of NetScape) to 'Open' a bookmark file. Chose the file on
your 'A' drive named 'Bookmark.htm'.

You can add bookmarks all during your session, but they will be
saved automatically only on the C: drive. Before you leave the lab, go
back to 'Edit Bookmarks' and choose 'Save As'. Choose your file on the
A: drive. You'll be asked if you want to 'overwrite' it; choose 'yes'.
