Compare and contrast the WBT and SGGK. Note that the WBT is a kind of parody, or a "counter" Romance, which however reinforces the same basic ideas and values that the more usual Aurthurian romances, such as SGGK or Erec and Enide illustrate.
Pick five points of comparison and/or contrast between the two works for discussion in your paper. Be sure to cite passages in each work to illustrate each point you make.
You may choose to think about Erec and Enide, but do not write about it. We'll go over that in class, along with your assignment.
