PLEASE REMEMBER: You must have at least two e-mail addresses for this course. You can sign up for an "Alpha" account in any MSU computer lab (ask the lab assistant). To get  free web-based e-mail, go to one of these two indexes:

FREE ISP's: That's right, you can get on-line for free, usually with some advertisements on  your screen. This is a great service when your ISP (AOL, MSU's own ISP, etc.) is down. Here are some directories:

IMPORTANT:   Whenever you email me, use the proper subject line:

Subj: Yourlastname  SPL   date assignment is due

For example, if your last name is 'Robertson' and your are emailing me the assignment for February 1

Subj: Robertson  SPL February 1 (or, 2/1, or Feb. 1, etc.)

If you don't, I'll forward your e-mail right back to you.
