The discussion between Akunna and Mr Brown (Fawcett edition, pp. 164-166). Please read this passage very carefully and thoroughly.
NOTE: Different editions have different pagination. This passage is five paragraphs into Chapter 21, whichever edition you have. The passage begins: "One of the great men in that village was called Akunna..." , and ends "And who is to tell his will? It is too great to be known."
Then, write 300 words or so discussing, not summarizing, Achebe's treatment of religion and the role of the missionaries.
Please feel free to draw upon your knowledge of the rest of the novel, but concentrate your discussion on this passage.
