Please read Part 2, Chapter 17 -- quite a lengthy chapter (different page numbers in different editions: pp. 100 ff. in the "old" edition), in which the members of the elite - the rich, the government officials - give their view of their country and what is happening in it.
Then, please reread Part 3, Chapters 3, 5, 6, 8-12, the 8 passages in which the "Voice of Truth", the government radio station, is quoted (old edition pp. 132-136).
Now, write 350 words, or a little more, about the ideology of the ruling elite in this country.
How do they account for poverty and other social problems? What do they think of their own role?
In short, try to outline the "ideology of the rich" or "of the ruling class", in Matigari.
