Strategic Plan Initiative
The April 2007
newsletter reported on the Strategic Plan initiative that involves all
five neighborhood associations. Aditional meetings have since been held
on Pond lowering and on chemical treatment of weeds. In the fall of
2010, a meeting of captains of all five neighborhood associations was
held for purposes of organizing funding for chemical treatment of the
pond and in working to preserve the ecology of Leonard Mill Pond. For
